How do I know when my order has shipped?

- A tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

 

Returns/Exchanges

-All purchases are final. Bundles and wigs (custom and ready to wear) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to pay careful attention to the options you select prior to completing your purchase,

 

Payments

-Her Majesty Hair Collection accepts all major credit/debit cards. We also have the option to use Shop Pay online if you would like to make a purchase in installments.

 

Turnaround Time

-Please allow 1 week for wig creation. This does not include shipping time. In most cases, wigs will be finished sooner, however the volume of orders may cause a delay.
